  If you want to get ripped off, come here. Purchased a TV for my fiance's semi yesterday for $81. The TV was too big for the space so I brought it back this morning, less than 24 hours after purchasing. They only gave me $35 back because they said we didn't purchase a warranty, which the salesman yesterday never mentioned. Stay away from this place!

  I bought a ring. They mentioned nothing about the return policy. I had to sell it back and they wouldn’t even give me half of what I originally bought the ring for 2 days ago. Inventory is TRASH as well! Don’t come here go somewhere else!

  Reasonable loan terms. Also the agent had a nice and bright spirit during this COVID experience. They seemed to have a well organized and decent variety of TVs, tools and melee weapons. They have many other items that I just did not have time to investigate but overall, I recommend.

  May 3 I went in to buy a calculator for my son. Their credit card machine was not working properly at first. It then started working. I noticed the next day they charged me twice for the calculator. Went in to get it handled....the gentleman working wouldnt give me a refund of the double charge or even look at the documentation to see where they made an error. I have lived in Duncanville my entire life and they shouldnt even be allowed there. Horrible customer service. I to this day have still not gotten my money back.

  I had silver Items in Lay way and I received a phone call from an employee name Nicolas about two days ago. He advised me that my lay way was about to expire and this was the last month so, I had to get my items out. I got there two days later and a supervisor name Isiah told me I lost 2 of my items and only one remained. There was nothing he could do and I had to pay 50 dollars on the remaining necklace. Long story short they did me dirty and got me for about a c note.
