Cee Cee1Manager Craig is a joke. He needs to be trained again or fired. He gone give me info then vanish when I needed details. One teller said he left for the day then the next says he’s on lunch. What manager sends their employees to relay messages when they could’ve spoke up from the jump instead of leading with lies. Obviously they need help if they’re coming to ask. Cassandra & her lil bob wig is a joke too. Trying to argue with the fraud department on the phone. The only person that helped was the banker that suggested I go to a different location. The second location assisted me but I’m still closing my account. Shouldn’t have to be sent in for help by a CSR then turn away bc the manager is dumb.

Gustavo Ibarra1Was kicked out for not wearing a stupid Soffocator (aka mask) even after I explained my cause for not wearing one they made me stand outside and didn't cash my check, they have been brainwashed by the so called media wich are nothing but garbage we know masks don't work and the death jab does not work either. Boycott this type of places, they violate our constitutional rights, take your money somewhere else to a small bank where they do not support this garbage and to a place where you are truly appreciated as a customer and not treated as a dog or as if you have leprosy. They need to REPENT and believe in the GOSPEL of Jesuschrist

hassan abdi1This branch of bank of america be careful when you withdraw money there is a theft on the parking I withdraw money on 12/3 2021 around 2 pm $ 4500 he follows me all the way to to forest hill tx with my aunt house I park my car I go in side to the house when i grap the item I came back my car is the driver side glass broke they take the money around $8000 and all my documents with my wallet thanks guys check your side before you left

Diana Sanchez1This is by far the most non efficient and slow location I’ve ever been in. The parking lot is a total mess and you will not find parking space for the amount of time you have to wait inside. Tellers in the front are by the few, people in the desk just look around at each other like “it’s not my problem.” I’m a business owner and I have to constantly get change from here, it takes me an entire lunch period.. 30 minutes to get change. Wish they could bring in more tellers and welcome in people in a more friendly matter so I’m not looking at everyone like I’m stupid. Manager will sit in office and pretend he doesn’t see anything.

Ryan Davis2I usually do BOA business online, but I needed to visit a financial center last Saturday. I waited in the long line inside - about 25 people - for about 10 minutes before trying the drive thru. I waited as the second car in the drive thru for about 30 minutes before leaving. There were only 2 tellers, and the drive thru car in front of me was never served, which makes me wonder why the drive thru was even open at all. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because a worker (the manager?) inside was attentive and helpful to me and others waiting in line. But customer service doesn't do a lot of good if you never get served.

After I grabbed a mask the lady has me waiting because “She wasn’t ready” when she was just about to help me until she notice I didn’t have a mask. But then it was my turn with the other gentleman next to her and after he called me to be helped she calls the person behind me. Woooow !
