  We have stopped at this branch a few times while in Sioux Falls. The location is not in the heart of all the businesses, but it easy to get to and within minutes of shopping. The bank is very large and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. It is very clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have been extremely happy banking with this bank and have nothing but good dealings with many different branches we have visites.

  First Bank and Trust has one of the best mobile banking apps out there today. You can easily transfer money online and deposit checks, and customer service is always available.

  I deposited a check Sunday evening, but this bank didn't put it into their system until after 2pm on Monday, so I have to wait until 12am Tuesday to access my money. So ridiculous! I would've been better off skipping the ATM and going inside Monday. This is my last hiccup with this bank. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

  Good experience, been with them 6 years now, never looked back after being at Wells Fargo. Their bankers are very personal and helpful. Never had a problem with this bank.

  they are racists I do not recommend it to latin people they make you feel less and they grab you waste your time and in the end only to say that they cannot help you is rubbish that

  Lobby hours are NOT listed correctly. They close at 5 Monday through Friday.
