  This was my second time doing a refinance with Bryce Haan and I don't plan on using anyone else. I am located in Virginia, halfway across the country, and Bryce and his team worked to get certified in my state to help me with 2 VA refinances. Furthermore, they have done it just as effectively, if not more so, than a local company in Virginia would have. He was always very receptive to my mortgage goals and attentive to what I needed. He is always transparent and is on my side to make sure that my goals are met. I don't plan on using anyone else in the future! Thanks again, Bryce and the FIBT team!

  Between Bryce and Christina, we did finally get approved and are closing on our house. The only reason I could not give five stars was the rough start to the process and the underwriting team/FHA being very picky to work with. Despite all that, they were very quick to respond to phone calls, concise in what was needed at every step of the way, and the process of getting information to them was fairly easy with a scanner and a good internet connection. We may have missed a few opportunities we really wanted, but still wound up with a home that checks all of the boxes and then some. Overall, it was a more pleasant experience than it could have been. So if you need a team that'll see you to the finish, you couldn't ask for much better. On a positive note, you don't have to work with some faceless corporation either, which makes the already stressful process of home financing so much easier. If I can be pleased overall, you'll be pleased as well. Seriously if you've read this far, just do it! You won't regret it.

  I have used Laurie Burns before and she makes it so easy for anyone looking to get a mortgage for your house. We made a couple phone calls and signed everything online. Very secure for signing documents. Just fax in whatever they need or drop off the needed paperwork. All of the personnel at Sodak Homes Loans that we dealt with was very friendly and very helpful and made the transition into our new home very easy! Thanks very much to Laurie and the staff.   I have worked with several mortgage brokers throughout the years and Sodak was by far the best. Laurie and Jordan were very responsive and finalized my purchase in very little time. Would use again without hesitation!

  They are con artist. We were told several things then days later, Nick, (mortgage officer) would call and say we need you to get 4k together. So wed pull together 4k from friends and family. Then hed call again saying we need more money. Luckly he never actually saw a dime. They will play with you so they get what they wont. Play around to get you to do what they want. Worst bank ever.
