  I recently started doing business with Voyage. I took advantage of their 2.39% APR car loan special. I have been with my previous credit union since my freshman year of college (7 years!), but I have decided to switch to Voyage! I am moving my checking, credit, and direct deposit to their care. Voyage earned my trust for a few reasons... Their customer service is AMAZING. Emily was there to help me at all hours of the evening. Her emails were always prompt and polite. She's a delight! She made the whole process a breeze. Their website and loan-pay software is easy to use! I set up an external account re-occurring loan payment in 10 minutes tops. They are a small, local credit union. It seems that they do care for their customers and community. Excited to do business with you, Voyage! Thanks for all your help.

  I was shopping for car loan. And this Carl guy, without asking, assumed I am a poor immigrant with poor credit. While showing us the interest rate table, his finger never moved out of the 650 column, and stressed how THEY DON'T LEND TO ANYONE LOWER THAN 650 CREDIT SCORE. LOL. Maybe he can just ask? For many times in our conversation, he reminded me that I might not qualify and was reluctant to make a copy of their promotional rate flyer(requires higher credit score). For the record, my credit score is in the high 700s and I had never been treated this way elsewhere. It's quite entertaining actually. Voyage please EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES.

  Very poor customer service. Ordered a replacement ATM card on 11/4 and have not received it as of today. Their technology is poor, they can’t tell me if the card was processed or mailed. All they can tell me is the date they took the replacement fee from my account. Please do not bank here. I will be moving on ASAP. Update: And yes they did offer to order me a rush order but they could not guarantee that it would be received by 11/24. So I took my chances thinking any day the card would arrive. As of 12/1 the card has not arrived and I've moved on to a different bank and have already received my new card from this bank.

  Hi Mary - we are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately being a small credit union, we are unable to track the shipping of ATM or Debit cards once the order has been placed. We did offer to reorder one for you on a rush order, but it was declined. Voyage has invested heavily in technology over the past 2 years and along with new technology comes learning curves and hiccups along the way.   We have been working with Emily at Voyage and she has been fantastic. She is helping us with a car loan and has provided us with all the information we need and answering all our questions very quickly and efficiently. She is super friendly and explains things well. Emily has been great to work with and would recommend her to anyone.

  I cannot say enough good things about Voyage! I got an auto loan from them back in 2016. This year, I needed another auto loan and they were so responsive and helpful that I decided to switch over all of my banking. Emily is a rockstar and I highly recommend Voyage!

  Worst.. front desk customer service experience Ever. Everytime.. Not to menstion.. manager rode my car bumper & followed as i pulled into the parking lot. Not cool. Below zero star.

  Carissa has been helping us with our loan on our new camper and she has been absolutely outstanding. She is responsive, professional and friendly. She even messaged me back after 5pm yesterday when I emailed her and it was within minutes. Her customer service and her assistance with this has exceed my expectations. I have cc'd her emails with 3rd parties who have needed her assistance and information from Voyage and she has been exceptionally responsive to them as well. I can not say enough positive things about her and her attention to detail. It is a pleasure working with Carissa and Voyage

  I had to write a review for my favorite and most helpful banker I have ever met. Amber Aker is an incredible banker in my opinion. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. She makes the process of applying for an auto loan a dream. I could not recommend her enough to everyone. If you need help applying for an auto loan, she is my to go person!

  This branch is so friendly. I make payments automatically on a loan there (which they helped me set up). I had a conflict with another payment coming out and knew I would be short in my account. Luckily I was able to talk to the nicest person and she got it in the system on time that saved me overdraft. Can't tell you how much in these times that helps!

  I have been a member with this credit union since it was Bell Federal CU; that is to say, about 25 years. Over the years I have had that positive, personal banking experience that Voyage currently touts; until recently. The past two or three years, I have found the staff to be less and less personable and helpful. Though I have been a long time member and active banker, including having a mortgage with Bell/Voyage, this doesn’t seem to matter, I am just a number now. Mindi, Carl, Brady; the customer service experience just isn’t nearly what it used to be. I’m also a member of USAA and it seems both institutions are suffering from a focus on growth rather than treating their longtime customers well. I hope to continue to use Voyage for my local banking needs but I am truly starting to wonder if I should look elsewhere.
