  Ridiculous customer service. Very rude. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others and their time. We will never use this bank or anything ever. This was my first and last experience with this bank. If you are looking for a bank, no matter what your needs. First Financial Bank is the absolute best.

  I opened my account at this bank in 2012. At first because Chase bank wouldn't loan me $5000 against a savings account I had built to $5300 in 3 months, to help me build my credit. Since then I've paid that loan and another one for my RV. Through good and bad they're still my bank. And my home is in East Texas. A special thanks to Mrs. T. Howell for not giving up on me.   Avoid like the plague - Worst bank in Abilene These criminals will close your account if you aren't making them any money. No reasons given, asked them what 'federal regulations' underlined the reason for closing and was simply told to 'look online'. Talked to multiple 'officers' and who as helpful as a brick wall. Take your business elsewhere.

  This place doesnt even deserve one star they will cheat you out of money they will cause nothing but problems for youre bank account. Would not advise no anybody to bank with these people.

  First direct depisit with them. All weekend could not use debit card or ATM. Closing account ASAP. Worst banking experience in my life.
