      I have been using this bank for over 20 years and there have been many different people that have worked there during that time. I can't remember ever having a bad experience with all the different people. Great customer service. One of the main reasons I started using them for our company is they were local and I wanted to be able to call the bank when I have questions and actually talk to a person, not a voice system that I have to press a bunch of numbers to hopefully get to the right person. They are still that way 20 years later.

      I switched from another bank because I didn't care for the customer service. I am thankful I chose First Bank. I have had a great experience at all of the local branches, but I go to the Kell branch the most. People are always super friendly and willing to discuss what you are trying to do and give options about the best way to get it done.

      I've been with this bank for about 17 years and I am very pleased with the service I've received. I've dealt with Melanie Schoby since before her name was Schoby and she was a teller. If there could be a perfect employee, she would qualify, in my opinion. But, not to slight the others I've dealt with because they have all been very pleasant to work with. Thanks First Bank, I appreciate you.

      When I activated my account, they were very observant and pro activate. That was years ago. I can call with an issue, it is resolved in seconds. They offer online banking, I am just not into online banking. Although I have Life lock 360
