      I've had my account with First Bank for 17 years. Mostly to just have an account to pay my bills though. But I can tell you of two times that they went way above and beyond of what they had to to resolve some issues I was haven't. Always friendly and polite.

      This is not about local FB. Our Mortgage went to FB in CT. They would not allow us to split our monthly mortgage in two equal payments, which we have done on at least the past two houses over a 30 year span. I tried to appeal to management, but they wouldn’t budge. I am not pleased or impressed with the new FB company. Stan Spruiell [email protected]
