  After a great first experience closing our first home we just closed our home refinance with Shaney and company here in Rigby. We were able to close the morning after my lender finalized documents the previous afternoon. Amazingly helpful service, and done with a smile. The team even was able to pull a recorded survey for another property while we closed. I cannot recommend Shaney and her team enough.

  Love working with Shaney and her crew. I have closed a few real estate transactions here and they have been seamless. I have always been treated professionally and with respect ( Not sure if I should be respected, haha!). As stress full as closings can be, Shaney always generates a lighthearted atmosphere. Most importantly, they get it DONE RIGHT!!

  Handling of a insurance claim was a joke. One person tried to help but everyone else just made excuses why they couldn't do anything. One star rating is a gift.

  Not very impressed with this company. Dropped the ball on many occasions and gave us lip service. I would not use them again.
