  I decided to update my review because someone found me and asked more questions, so here's what I told them. This is an excellent bank. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, great options for banking, i.e. they have mobile banking with Bill pay. You can go paperless. You can get all your info through their website or app. Their overdraft protection is outstanding when compared to other bank. The only thing that you could possibly consider negative is they're not nationwide, but that's not always a bad thing. It just depends on your needs. But they're excellent in working with you if fraud occurs or even sometimes if you just make a mistake, so long as you don't abuse it. Hope this helps.

  Definitely don't ask for a loan because obviously they don't have enough money to make loans

  Don't waste your time even stopping there employees are clueless and they charge too many fees lots of better banks in the area
