  Kelsie is one of the best assistant Mangers in Franklin's loan. She is very energetic, friendly and always helpful. The whole crew she works with are all wonderful folks; very helpful and generous with help and conerns.

  I always feel so welcomed when I walk into the Winder GA branch. The ladies there are so very sweet. They always answer any questions I have & always have a smile on their face. Its a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Winder office for all your help!!!

  Kelsie and Rhonda are the best! See them for all your needs in obtaining a loan. It was kind of shaky at first with one of the other staff members. But they made it right! Best customer service ever!

  I went to the Winder office and was very nervous. My husband and I are retired and he has much more income than me. I needed money for a huge auto repair to help out a family member! Plus I wanted to establish some credit in my name. Kellie Albright was wonderful. She immediately made me comfortable by being very patient, nice and professional. She is certainly a credit to 1st Franklin and represents their business as an outstanding loan officer.. I would highly recommend this office; it was actually a very pleasant experience! I brought all the paperwork needed and she worked diligently with me and I was approved!

  We have been using first Franklin of winder for years and I love them. They are always ready to help us however they can and they answer all of our questions. Any time we have to go in the office the ladies are also always so sweet to my daughter.
