They arbitrarily impose their system. They constantly ask for information and hinder procedures, it is a total lack of cooperation and impunity that I never saw. I am going to transfer my accounts to another bank even if I have to make arrangements and change information because it is a lack of respect towards myself to leave my money there. The people in charge of the accounts should cooperate and attend and not even on the phone they leave.
