  We just refinanced our mortgage and HELOC with Jennifer Bigelow and her team at 1st Alliance. They made the process so easy to do and were very patient with us and the many questions we asked along the way. They were quick to respond to our emails and kept the process moving along. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her team if you are looking to refi your mortgage.

  Lisa in the loan department is a model of what customer service should be in today’s world. She was able to get me a pre approval so I could shop for a vehicle within half a day and final approval within minutes. Prompt service, great interest rates and terms, and awesome communication threw out the process! Thanks Lisa

  This credit union makes managing my money so easy. Their mobile app is excellent! The staff is always so friendly and helpful when I have questions! Seriously best place to bank in Rochester.
