  By far, First Alliance has been the best bank I have worked with to secure financing for my vehicle purchases. Their rates came in 5% lower than all of the other financing options. My loan advisor, Amra, was fantastic. She was very prompt in her communication and was a true advocate for me with her organization. They will always be my first option now for loans moving forward.

  I worked with Rhiannon to get a new credit card and get an auto loan refinanced and she was awesome. She was pleasant in her emails and responded promptly to my questions. The first alliance team did an excellent job of taking care of a long time customer.

  I absolutely love this branch/bank. Lisa helped me open up a checking account when I told turned away from US Bank because they didn't have anyone available to help me open an account. The staff here are always very friendly towards me. I will definitely recommend this branch/bank to everyone I know.

  Been Banking with First Alliance for about 5 years now. They’ve been very helpful every step of the way! Recently got help on a new car loan! Would recommend any banker! But Rhiannon Is pretty cool if you can get her I would highly recommend!!

  I have been waiting for my secured credit card to arrive. I called left a voice message no one got back to me. I spoke with someone they said it was ordered on the 8th it’s the 29th. She verified information and was discovered my address was entered wrong! So far I’m very disappointed choosing your bank ! I now have to wait an additional 14 days to get it! All while I could be using it and could have already had a report to the credit bureaus! Thinking really hard if I even want to open my business account there ! I even had to ask for a card to my saving account!! I heard all these wonderful things about First Alliance and nothing spectacular so far!!!

  Well good people and get helpful. I’m not a member of the credit union. But, this location provides notary services for walk-in at very small price.
