  They were good very good I’ve used them several different times the last time I just paid mines off in November I was informed that they will not be giving out any other loans at this time so I’m pretty sure something is up And your phones been busy for the longest so

  The company closed down. I paid my loan and they never removed the lien on my title. Now I can’t sell my car because the company is no longer in business.

  This title loan company is the best! As far as loans go they are just the best I have ever dealt with. They are super nice, understanding when you are having a hard time repaying, and will work with you to get things on the right track. I could have not asked for better people to work with when I was in need of some quick cash. I dealt with them for almost 3 years in which I payed off and refinanced my vehicle with them several times just because they were so nice and easy to work with. If you loan with them I can promise you that you will not be sorry! Thank you to the staff there for helping me out when I needed it most and special thanks to Rachael!

  According to the BBB guys the company went bankrupt 07/21, get lawyered up, and keep posting updates in the reviews, I pray that all goes well and they’re able to accommodate

  Linda was great and is a tremendous asset to this company. As someone that has been a part of the business community for a lot of years I am of the opinion that she is a big reason for the success of the company. This also applies to Kathy and Rachel. FInova is a specialty lender. In that regard they make it easy to accomplish what a borrower needs with a seamless system that is easy to access. What makes them different from other on line lenders, in my humble opinion, is the interaction with the personnel and the wonderful helpful nature that makes the customer feel good about the transaction. Like all such lenders, one must make really sure that you read and understand the documents and that you try to understand that the money is expensive and should not be used without a definitive exit strategy. With that in mind, however, I would highly recommend Finova to anyone that has a need for such financing. I am a firm believer that the people make the company. Based upon the service that I have received from Linda, Kathy and Rachel this company should be able to continue the level of service that I have experienced.

  I was struggling to find anyone who would give me a loan. I dont have the best credit. I worked with Linda from my first call til I received my loan. She was super helpful and was able to get back to me within 10 minutes everytime I called and she was unavailable. I would use this company again just because how helpful and pleasant Linda was.

  I initially started the loan process with Linda in June and it was interrupted by sudden knee surgery which was certainly unplanned. During that time I did not have access to my cell phone as it was in the car. Yeah, silly. At any rate during that time Linda had messages for me and was extremely conscientious about following up, even though I had not responded. When I was able to I responded to Linda’s calls. We completed the process in less than 8 hours even though we had to start over again. Linda is a pure professional who is thorough and conscientious who is obviously very good in her role. Were I in a position to I make every effort to retain her as an employee and reward, retain and promote her within your organization. She is an asset.

  At first when i called i was so grateful. i borrowed $1500 in January 2018, I paid my first payment on 01/31/18 for $284. When i originally signed on, I was told that if i paid my loan back early that fees would be waived. Well today is 02/02/18 I am now trying to pay the rest of my loan and i was told i got a "discount" So now i have to pay back $2,260.05 to pay of my loan for a $1500 i got LAST month!!! This company is a joke they have incompetent people working for them who do not even speak fluent English. So long story short, I would not recommend this company to any one!!! I would have rather gone to the bank and got a personal loan with less interest. This company is a joke!!!

  This loan company is amazing! They were there when I needed them, and they have always been there to answer any questions I have. I am on my third loan with them. They offer good terms and an easy repayment plan. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I’ve worked with them in that past and they are pretty amazing people. Just so you know you will be paying a bit more for their services than a bank. When you need money for an emergency they are there to help. It takes less that an hour from start to finish to get the money in your hands. You can pay them back using MoneyGram or auto pay using a debit card which is free. They will also as you pay you loan call to offer refinancing to lower your payment for just to get you a few extra buck to help out. I had the pleasure of working with Linda and Rachael. Very polite, understanding, and eager to help. Not everyone has perfect credit and an emergency can happen at any time. It’s great to know they are there to help. Thank you Finova Financial. James
