Regions Bank Reviews

Leo A. Coelho1This is by far the worst service I have ever encounter in my life. The way they treat customers is disgusting. I was waiting on the line and left before my turn because, I could not believe the way the were talking to the customers in front of me. Beyond horrified how can this people be in business! BTW, kudos to the Capital One Branch around the corner for treating customers like people.

Agostinho calcada1This is the worst bank ever, im a customer for more then 10 years, they blocked my online banking for no reason and don't want to unlock it by the phone, i'm out of the country for business and have to come back to do it???? It's insane they can do everything by the phone but just don't want to do it for no reason. Definitely will never open any account with this bank and i will close all my accounts ASAP. New managers of the branch just have no respect, not even ask for my name or account number and even hang up the phone on me.

Francis Beracha1Abraham Abecassis works at this branch claiming he is the manager on May 1, 2020. He picked on my 87 year old grandma who entered this branch along with my mother to take cash out to buy food on this Friday at 3:35pm. She has the onset of alzheimers and is blind from one eye so she sometimes is confused and does not understand. He threatened to call the police if she did not leave the premises. Again, reminding you that my grandmother is 87 year old saint and was accompanied by my mother. Jennifer Columbus and the other bank tellers did nothing about it and refused to help my grandma take cash out. He was flailing his arms, cursing, and threatening to call the police. This will not end here.

Jameson Moyer1I am from out of town on vacation and flew into Miami and stayed on South Beach. I went to this branch location and was slightly early and waited outside patiently. Once the door was opened by a worked I proceeded to the first teller to deposit my check. I was told to go to a different line which the reason being is so that the teller could converse with someone she knew personally behind me. I gave the second teller my check, Drivers License and atm card. She immediately gave attitude. She wrote my account number on the back and asked if there was anything else I needed. Told her no. She then stated she will be back. From there she went to the bank managers office who was chit chatting with other workers and they proceeded to look my account up. After roughly 4-5 minutes the branch manager came out and stated that the check can not be deposited because my full name is not spelled like my account shows. (This is a business check where my client spelled my first name with an I instead of an E). Now I must return to my home state after vacation to gain a new check from the business for Regions to actually accept it. I have never had such a problem ever in my 11 years with having an account with Regions. Every other Regions has always deposited all checks even when the business spelled names incorrectly, didn’t put a name in the line or even writing employees names instead as that was who their point of contact had been. Still those Regions branches honored the checks to be deposited. I will be closing down my account with Regions when I get back to my home state due to the horrible service and attitude this Regions branch presented this morning. This unfortunately is why branch locations are dying across America.

Lesyani Garcia Diaz1I don't give it zero stars because it doesn't exist. Super friendly girls but leave them alone in a box even when the boss is sitting in the office making stories and laughing with anyone and not working because it was heard in line.
