  I have gotten a number of mortgage loans with Tracy's help, and he is my go-to person for all my mortgage needs. I feel so comfortable working with him, given that he is so honest, straightforward, smart & knowledgeable, and always clearly represents my interests in front of the lender. I compared him to many mortgage brokers over the years, and while I was able to find some smart people, he always had an edge in terms of (1) sophistication, addressing situations that others couldn't, and (2) being completely straightforward. So many times, another mortgage broker offered an allegedly better deal, and in 100% of the cases it ended up not being better (and often worse). I've learned to always trust Tracy.

  Tracy was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient with my ongoing emails during the loan process. He knows the mortgage business and made sure I met all of the requirements (as Im self-employed), monitored the market for a strong rate lock and made sure I had all of the documents prepared for underwriting review. I couldn't be more happier with Tracy and his team. They have your best interest and I would highly recommend them. Tracy is very hands on from beginning to end.
