  Robert and Kimmie are exactly who you want on your team when buying a house. They're competent, prompt, and communicate well. They know the business, and it shows. They walked us through each step of the process, giving us a clear idea of what to expect. They answered our questions quickly and never left us hanging. Real estate transactions require a lot of coordination between many parties, but we never had to worry about whether something would get done. Rob and Kimmie shouldered the bureaucracy and kept the gears turning, making things as easy as possible for us. I can't imagine trying to buy a house without them, and would recommend them without reservation to any home buyer.
