These people are the epitome of incompetence. They failed 3 times to prepare the same loan by closing. They also seem to gas up underqualified buyers causing more confusion and delay during closing. Furthermore, the company has atrocious communicating skills not providing updates and changes of plans in a timely fashion. Terrible.
