  I found Jae online and he was ranked as the top lender/mortgage office in the Indianapolis area. Having received quotes/estimates from a number of other lenders, I was incredibly impressed with Jae's professionalism, hard work, helpfulness and transparency. He has my vote for the top professional in this area. As someone not overly well-verse in the mortgage process, it was frustrating for me working with other lenders who did not explain things clearly and didn't provide the "why" behind the details. Jae was always thorough yet concise in his explanations, making sure that nothing was unclear. He also was very up front up what to expect. While with other lenders I would receive an estimate and the official documents would come back looking very different from the estimate, Jae worked diligently to ensure that expectations were clear and that there would be no surprises. Jae's relaxed yet diligent style made him very easy to work with. He also was very reasonably priced and provided good advice for areas where costs could be eliminated. His use of technology to aid in the collection of documentation made it simple and he worked with a focused effort to ensure we closed on time. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and easy to work with, that is my experience with Jae. Highly recommended. Thanks Jae!

  This was my second time using Jae on a home purchase - and although they were almost 15 years apart I quickly remembered why I always saved his number. Jae is incredibly smart, optimistic, and to the point. His team does so much behind the scene work to truly, give you the best experience possible. I told Jae & Debbie home buying is fun usually, until it gets to the numbers process - they managed to keep it moving, and keep it light, airy and a breeze. As long as Jae and his team are in business, I won't ever use anyone else for my mortgage needs.

  My husband and I having no idea how to apply for a mortgage loan and all the steps required could not have been more relieved to have Jae guide us throughout this whole process! Professionalism from the minute we walked into his office until the very last closing detail. Anyone having the pleasure of Jae’s expertise will have not only a stress free experience attaining a mortgage loan but working with a truly wonderful, genuinely caring, down to earth person.   Getting a mortgage proved to be challenging during this pandemic. The original mortgage company that I worked with kept asking for more and more documentation as our closing date approached, and kept offering less and less money. So, we turned to Jae for help during that stressful time, and we were so thankful that we did. Jae helped us immensely, and was very proactive throughout the process. He was able to get everything done incredibly quickly, and we were able to close without any delays. Even the realtor said that his ability to close in such short notice was “magical”. I can’t thank Jae enough for all the help he has provided us, and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Jae Tolliver and his team were great to work with. They were professional and very easy to reach throughout the real estate transaction. Jae and his team provided updates throughout the transaction and made sure that the buyers were ready to close on time. I would highly recommend them if you are considering purchasing a home.
