  Blaise is amazingly commutative, always available, and overall does an excellent job.   Blaise is a great communicator and very responsive. His staff is attentive with all clients involved in a transaction. I never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a response even if it was after hours. If your looking for a local mortgage company that you can actually have a conversation about your needs, Blaise with Finance of America Mortgage just may be who you need to see!

  Best lender experience in 6 home purchases. I highly recommend Blaise Menzoni and Samantha Pavlovich. They are fast, efficient, straightforward and even picked up the slack from the Title company to ensure things closed on time and smoothly since I was remote which I greatly appreciated. Blaise and Samantha were always available for any questions. You DO have to do YOUR part in getting them the information requested! Provided you are responsive with the information required to get approved and move through underwriting, they are much faster than any lender I'd worked with on previous purchases (in other states) and there were NO errors. The Lending was the ONLY piece of this deal I have no complaints about!

  Very committed to help you get approved for your loan as fast as possible. Blaise was recommended by our realtor Deseree over Coldwell banker and could not agreed more on how she said he was a great company to go to compare the the previous finance office who just did not have any communication with us.it took them less then an hr just to get us our pre-approval letter when the other company took over a month just to let us know us we need more paper work ... I will recommended him to everyone and you will not be disappointed...
