  A Stress Free Experience, TWICE! We worked with Brent Wilson when we first purchased our home in 2011. Buying a home can be scary, however, he made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. When we decided to do a refi-cash out, we knew Brent was our guy! Once again his knowledge, professionalism, and communication made every step stress free. We will absolutely keep coming back to Brent Wilson for our mortgage needs and recommend him to everyone.

  We had a very positive experience. We met Brent back in 1997 when he helped us purchase our home. When we wanted to refinance and get cash out, it was Brent who is now with Finance of America Mortgage that helped us. The process went very smooth. They were excellent at keeping us well informed every step of the way. We were very happy with the interest rate we were able to get. Their fee structure was beneficial to us the client.   My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a home we were currently living in and renting, we weren’t sure of how that process worked since we were always going through a realtor in the past and would use whatever lender they recommended once we found a house. This time around we already had our house and were referred to Brent by Rebekah Abbott! Brent, Mark, and Robin were outstanding! What we thought was going to be a dreadful process, they made it a breeze! Everything went extremely smooth and there were no hiccups. We officially closed in January and they sent us the sweetest personalized gift! We get married in June, so they sent us a cutting board with our last name on it! We are so thankful to have found them and will definitely be going through Brent for any future purchases!

  Wow! Where do I begin? We were looking to buy the house we had been renting for the past 8 years and already considered our home and I was nervous that we couldn't do it. Moreover it was a for sale by owner situation and working without an agent meant I was on my own. Or so I thought. Luckily I was referred to Finance of America Mortgage and found myself speaking with Mark Peterson from Brent'soffice. He settled my nerves and explained things to me step by step, he ACTUALLY listened and gave me pointers and tips, he took the time to make sure I understood the process. Never once did I feel rushed or set aside as I did when attempting to deal with our credit union or other lenders who took days to even call back. And by the way your bank doesn't have access to nearly the amount of products that a mortgage lender can offer you. Mark was always responsive to my voicemails and emails, not sure when this guy eats, let alone sleeps. What else can I say except that I highly recommend Mark and the team from Brent Wilson's office! Genuine and good people who can help you become a homeowner too :-)
