  As far as I am concerned they did nothing that I hadn't already tried to do on my own for financing except a few places they deal with. I also reduced my request and did not even receive a response on if they could help me or not therefore I lost out on the business I was trying to buy. If I had at least received a call back informing me that they could not help me, I would have given a bit better rating.

  I applied for a small business loan and was approved for a bit more than what I was looking for. I mostly worked with Sean but had a few other representatives helping as well. Great communication they called often to update me on different options that where coming in and took the time to help me understand the terms of the different options. I definitely recommend them and I myself will probably use them again in the future as needed.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Let my loss be your gain! They can get you funding, but you can save yourself the money and do it yourself. They will miss lead and misguide you the entire time and they will still make you do all the leg work of applying to lenders. Not to mention they suggest lying to lenders in order to secure financing. Reach out to me for any assistance and details before moving forward with Finance Factory.

  I still have question whether Finance factory is legit or not. After I consult with them the invoice they billed me appeared Atlantic Capital. Based on my experience, I feel like I was screwed up by them charging service fee of 9.9%. It was after hurricane Harvey hits our business so bad that I start looking for loan. I came across their web & start working with them not knowing I will be dragged more in debt. I was looking for business loan but end up getting personal loan per finance factory advise. Please do your research & ask nearby banks/credit unions about their offer before getting finance factory. In my case Finance Factory asked me to go to bank & apply for loan. After I get the loan they ask me to pay service charge. Ohwaa! It wasn't explained to me very well. With my credit score above 720, it was a huge mistake to ask their help!

  Dear Najah - we have attempted to contact you numerous times to discuss this matter, but have not heard back from you. As per our agreement, you were under zero obligation nor did you owe any fees unless you received an acceptable offer and actually chose to accept the funds, which you did. Our services, and subsequent fee for this program, are all offered on a contingency basis which means no fee is due unless you actually accept and receive funding. We cover all of this in our initial welcome and underwriting call which you completed and agreed to the terms set forth at that time. We're happy to work with you on this and have even offered you a full or partial refund, depending upon the circumstances, but we need to hear back from you to fully understand why you're making these allegations after signing our agreement and completing our welcome and underwriting call where all of these items were covered and agreed upon.   I was extremely impressed with the Finance Factory!! Everything was handled for me and they guided me through every step. All I did was just wait for my funding which took no time at all.   I was hesitant at first. Had tried different avenues and was unsuccessful. Ran into scams or above my budget for money up front. Finance Factory found me a loan within a couple of days!!
