  I refinanced with Contour Mortgage and I got to say that John McClelland was just awesome!! He is very knowledgeable and he was very easy to talk to. He is a people person and he went above and beyond helping me get this loan! John Thank you for everything! I enjoyed working with him to get all documents in and he kept me informed every step of the way!!! Keep up the good work.

  This was the worst refinance experience I've ever had. Contour was very unprofessional and did not communicate. After 7 months of going through the ringer with this company, having to send several emails just to get someone to respond to one, they tell us they cannot do the deal. They have been telling us every week since June that we will close "next week". I do not typically write reviews, but I will write one for this company to save someone else the time, money, and headache.

  My wife and I had an amazing experience dealing with Contour Mortgage. Greg and his staff were very professional and made the process of getting a loan for our new home really easy. Someone was always there to answer any questions we had during the process. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone in the market.

  The staff John McClelland and Andrea shefrin were very knowledgeable, very professional and always available to answer any questions that I had. They were very patient and also very efficient. The whole refinancing process was done in a such a short time that I was pleasantly surprised. They deserve 100 stars. Thanks to you guys, you were truly a blessing. Contour mortgage is a great company, and I highly recommend them. If you’re looking for a mortgage company, that actually does what it promise, Contour is your answer!!

  Great Experience from start to finish! Johnny Roscoe was very pleasant to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and explain them in a way that I easily understood. I felt like I was always in the loop as to what was going on. I needed to pay off debt and satisfy judgments in order to qualify for a refinance, which was overwhelming to think about alone. Johnny was there through the whole process to help things go smoothly. It felt like we were a team. That's why I rate this company as a 5 star. I would absolutely recommend this company and Johnny to anyone looking for a home loan or a refinance. This is a company that has earned my trust and respect. I will use them again in the future if I need anymore home loan help.
