  Even though I enjoy the friendliness of the banking staff, it is a very uncomfortable experience when the desk staff verbally tell you your account balances in front of other customers, even when asked to write it down rather being told. This is private information, and other banks that I have used have always written this down rather than being verbal. Please correct this. Privacy is necessary. This is not the first nor second time this has occurred. If it is not corrected I may have to seek my business elsewhere. Thank you.

  Nobody answers the phone. When you go in everybody is in an office on their cell phones checking emails or social media. The new manager acts like she is to busy to handle our business. All the employees that left made this location very disappointing to go to.

  Wanted to charge 90 dollars to cash a check that was written to me by one of their customers that has an account there. Don't see why it would cost money to cash a check from an account you hold. Oh. But i could waive that fee if I open an account! Yes, phenomenal tactic for business recruitment. Garbage.

  Terrible bank and experience. Went in for a small loan, opted for a credit card instead was told it would take 7-10 days to come in mail. Waited 3 weeks called twice and no one had any clue where it was. Waited 4 weeks tried to get a hold of manager every time I called she was supposedly busy at a small bank. After a month enough was enough just another bank that looses a customer due to poor service so Ill go to another bank.

  friendly and professional tellers and management... they have always met my needs and spend time to help out or explain other options... excellent neighborhood bank.

  Why is your atm lane closed!? How inconvenient machine seems to be working fine when you drive by it.

  Rude lazy older blond lady wouldn't look an account number up so I could make a deposit. Never heard of a bank not accepting money.

  Drive thru, drive up atm, and inside service have all been great. Friendly staff, line moves quickly.
