  Carolyn was wonderful! It took over 6 months to complete this mortgage for a variety of reasons. In spite of the issues, Carolyn was always eager to assist and provide information.   We have been working with Carolyn for almost 5 years now and we won’t go anywhere else! She is so quick and efficient and makes the process so easy and pain free whether your getting a mortgage or refinancing I would Recommend her a million times over. She got us our first mortgage and had refi’ed us a few times and each transaction with her has been amazing. My husbands credit score took a bit of a hit and she was still able to get it done, and get us a good rate.   Carolyn and Monica were AWESOME! I was able to close on my refinance in just over a couple weeks just like they promised. They were awesome at communicating and constantly followed up with me. I switched over to them after struggling to get a closing for 5 months with another company. The other place kept telling me I was going to be closing in a few days over and over and on each day I was supposed to close they just wouldn't even reach out to me and tell me that we couldn't. I would call them and then at that point they would tell me they needed more info, to which I would retrieve and send them within an hour tops. They had me pay for an appraisal that ended up not even needed. They told me month after month not to pay my house payment and then I would end up having to pay on the last day before late fee because something else would be wrong. Even on the day I reluctantly changed over to Calhoun Mortgage, the other company told me we would absolutely be closing in a couple days. At one point I almost gave up on the entire idea before I went with Calhoun Mortgage. Not only did Carolyn and Monica pull through for me, but my costs were far lower and my percentage was even better! My house payment turned out to be far lower than the other company had me set up for. In the end I was very happy that the other company didn't get the clear to close. I could go on and on, but I'll just end with :Thank you Carolyn and Monica for all you did for me! I 100% will recommend you to everyone!!!
