An Led5For years I wanted to refinance my home but to me it seem expensive and complicated. I called this bank and met Luis Padilla. Luis helped me refinance my home, he explained the whole process and guided me, making it fast and easy. I trust him with my financial needs, he is very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable asking him for advice regarding accounts and any other financial questions. Thank you Luis for all your help and advice

Lauren Chase5We have been banking with this Fifth third branch for years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Erin (not sure if that's the correct spelling). We like this bank so much we opened our daughter's first checking account here. We really like the new ATM and how you can pick the denominations of bills on your withdrawals. Sometimes the drive through line is very long and moves slow because they have only 1 line open. If they fix that it would cut down on most of the impatient people's complaints. Otherwise it's a pleasure doing business with this bank.

Thomas Wilkinson1Awful customer service . The branch manager isn't qualified to run a snow cone stand on a hot day in July. They keep churning help and nobody knows who you are. What a joke. I've been doing business there for 15 years. I would NOT recommend this branch to anyone.

Peter Pham1Went one day there was no banker was told there would be one tomorrow. Went today and wasn’t able to get serviced. Going to cancel my business account and take my business elsewhere. The women with the red hair also had horrible customer service. I would recommend Suncoast credit union over this bank any day.

Paul Bronze1It takes forever to get service at the drive-thru lanes but, you can always go inside and deal with the Redhead from Hell! Terrible customer service at this branch. Best to just keeping driving past this branch if you value your time.

Buffy Transue1This location is horrible. The ATM is always down, they don’t allow us to cash our checks here, and they are rude! Have been with 5th 3rd for almost 7yrs and only keep it now bc of our income tax going in there. I would NOT suggest you go here, I would suggest you to go to any other bank instead of here. They offer you nothing at this so called bank!

CHEFDEISEL881Went into the location at the East Hillsborough Ave location this afternoon only to receive unacceptable customer service. I was not informed that my check could not be cashed until many minutes into a conversation about opening an account. The check had been written on by the person helping me and when I inquired why and stated that this could make cashing this check difficult I was met with a dismissive attitude and more poor customer service. Upon trying to cash this check elsewhere it was deemed necessary to call the branch and verify the check because it was written on. Unbelievable poor customer service in a time that is difficult for everyone.

Donnel Blackman1This branch is the absolute worst in the state of Florida you literally just sit and wait forever for bad customer service it's just horrible. I wanted many times to drive away as I waited in the Drive-Thru line. Once the teller finally got to me she ended up giving me a short amount of money thankfully I checked as I drove away because if I had got to my destination and made a business transaction I would have been looking crazy and swearing up and down I lost some money when really it was her fault. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay very far away from this location it is absolutely horrendously appalling and horrible!!!!!! If you do choose to come to this location make sure you bring pillow and cover as well as Netflix and YouTube because you will be there a verrrry long time more than likely falling asleep and getting hungry!!!

Glen Ossey1Worst 5th 3rd branch ever! Waited almost 25 minutes in the drive thru to be helped at a time when they were not busy. THEN, the girl in there looked like she wanted to kill herself. Smile once in a while. Also ended up leaving because I didn't get helped. Strongly pondering on leaving 5th 3rd specifically because of this branch!
