      The experience has been terrible and lie after lie, with each new person I speak with I was told another lie. So I called this branch and tried to reach a manager and was told they were not there and as I am trying to ask questions, the clerk talked over me and told me she could not help me and neither could a manager. I will be closing this account immediately and will make sure everyone I know, knows about the terrible experience I have had. If I could have given a worse star review I would have!!!

      Friendly people and all of that. But they neglected to mention to me that my new account would have a 30-day hold on funds. “Because it was new”. They even set up direct deposit for me so I would have a physical check to just cash. So, in short, I’m being left without any of my own cash for about a month because I wasn’t told about all of this. I regret coming here greatly, and as soon as I have access to my money, I’ll probably just switch banks to avoid this kind of thing.
