  When I first walked in I was amazed at how nice it looked (it didn't look like a typical bank.) They have coffee and a back room of books which I thought was cool. Megan was the one who helped me open an account. She is so amazing! I have a lot of social anxiety, but she made me feel really comfortable and was easy to talk to. I also made my husband go in to make an account b/c they had really amazing bonuses when opening a new account.

  Hello Friends, Long time, first time, and I don’t usually post reviews on google, but when I do it’s about an experience that changed my life in a profound way. Let me tell you about the new FIfTh and tHIrd bANk I went to in Cary today. The minute I walked in I was greeted not once, not twice, but thrice by some very nice chil’ren in the lobby. I got a flyer in my mailbox receptacle that informed me about getting SIX HUNDRED American Dollars for opening a new checkings account and I thought “Did I just win the lottery?” so I went to check out what the hub bub was all about. After spending 3 of the most riveting hours of my life conversing with the young gentleman that identifies as the manager, I can finally say I found a bank that cares about me on a personal level and not just as another custoemer. I feel #blessed about the entire experience and will be referring this bank to my friends, relatives, colleagues, and church parishioners. I am truly impressed by the ENERGETIC SERVICE AND DESIRE to help that I got from this bank.

  This bank has a lot of issues. I would not bank in here. Service is not very good, so disappointed. Very difficult to take your money out and some hidden fees.
