Emily Majestic1Atrocious customer service. I was provided the incorrect routing number because the representative there did not check which region our account was created in. There is clearly a lack of common sense within your organization. This caused us to have trouble getting my husband's school refund and put us in an extremely hard financial situation. Had we been provided the correct information we would not be having this issue. We will be changing banks due to your representatives incompetency. I no longer trust you guys to even touch our money.
