  Went in today to get a loan. Cody was super helpful. He explained everything throughly, and the process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. He called the day before to make sure that I had all the paperwork I needed. And even had crayons for my daughter to use. Top notch customer service.

  They don't do auto pay for your monthly payments, so dont waste your time here. Having lower interest rates is the only reason they can keep customers when they could just add the simple feature of auto pay. They told me it would be stressful for me to have different amounts taken out if my account each month which is why they don't do it, but I have several bills on auto pay that range in price each month, it's much more stressful to have to drive to their branch that's an hour away in order to pay a bill. Definitely going to a bank or CU that does auto billing for your monthly payments.

  The drive thru is an absolute joke. On multiple occasions, it has taken over 15 minutes to attend to one person. The lines will be back up around the parking lot and multiple cars will start honking. They have one poor staff running the entire drive-thru! Not cool.

  Absolutely love LMCU! I never intend on banking anywhere else. The staff at this location is very friendly and prompt, appreciate you all!

  TWO DAYS IN A ROW NOW, They have closed a full two minutes early. It's hard enough for me to get out of work and rush over to the bank by 5:30, just to find out that they decide to close at 5:28 just for the fun of it. If you want to close at 5:28, then change your hours and put that on your door! I have been urgently needing to get there. I'll try again tomorrow!

  Hi, Justin! I can assure you we do not close early, if anything we close a few minutes later than time according to our clocks on the computers. Also, if we see a car pull up at close, we always let them come in and complete their transactions. We will never turn members away. Some other options we offer are online banking, mobile deposits, ATM’s or making an appointment and Saturday hours. If you need desk assists, coming in at close will not give the proper amount of time needed to assist you. -Branch Manager, Mandi Lucchesi

  LMCU Is my favorite banking place they are always so nice and understanding, Rachel at the Lowell branch is Super awesome she helped me so much so i hope she gets a raise
