  Ashley W. at the Lowell office is so incredibly helpful. I have purchased numerous cars and motorcycles, and she's always super fast and helpful to me and the seller. I've referred friends to her, and she's awesome with them too. That confirms it's not my good looks causing her to be so nice, she's just great! Thanks Ashley!

  Lorelei was amazing, I filled out the credit app for vehicle repairs and Lorelei contacted me 1st thing in the morning. Early afternoon had the money and was picking up my car. Thank you so much for making this so easy. Eric

  I have been with pfcu for years. The lowell branch is amazing. There staff is always smiling and kind. And Ashley is phenomenal. I highly recommend her if you need a loan. Love that my bank is like a family. And not just a place to hold my money

  The ladies at this office were so nice I didn’t realize you had to make an appt to actually be able to go in well they were so sweet and let me come right in and got my account set up would definitely recommend Pfcu and definitely the Lowell branch ❤️
