Great Bank to do business with!! I recently tried to open a new checking account with PNC Bank, but the only thing the woman at PNC Bank kept telling me was: "no, we can't do that". So, I drove across the street to Fifth Third Bank, and I am sure glad I did! I met with one of their employees, Hannah, and she kept telling me: "yes, we can do that!" She opened my account, got me a cash advance on my debit card, deposited it into my new checking account, and set up my online banking. Thank you, Hannah, and thank you, Fifth Third Bank. Now I know why my grandfather banked with Fifth Third for all those years! I just wish I could give you 6 stars!
