  Really fair & extremely helpful associates, at Cinfed. Once you establish a repor with them. It's as if you have always been a part of the credit union. Friendly & very knowledgable with ways to help you get straightened out, after a long ordeal of me screwing my accounts & credit up. They Set down & talked with me on what I needed to do to get it all fixed. Even explained they would help me get my credit re-established and issue me a credit card. All I needed to do was follow their instructions, or suggestions. Have not found any other financial institution willing to take that time one on one & council me on how to fix my problems.

  I purchased a motorcycle out of state, and after three tax adjustments, apdating and signing four contracts, and now being charged insurance that I didn't need, I'm done. Never again.

  99% satisfied. Yet, I was questioned about a check 2 separate visits because of the amount. Lady made me drive all the way back home for pay stub; 2nd time being a week after I just went through the b.s. I don't think it was right, she treated me like I didn't deserve to make decent money or it was illegal. Felt a little racial tension there to be honest

  Rushed there this evening because I can never make it there on time after work. An extremely inept and SLOW teller lost money that I sent in through the drive-thru and then lied about the amount I sent in. I should’ve known she was the problem when the car in front of me took FOREVER. I’d already scaled down because Cinfed isn’t what it used to be. We’re done banking here.

  Always Helpful! From simple money transactions to loans or wiring money, the tellers here are always helpful. They exhibit some of that west side friendliness as well. Appreciation!
