  I am new to the area, but a very long term customer of 5/3. I came into the Kissimmee branch simply to have something notarized and left beginning the process to a road of debt management. The timing couldn’t be more perfect and I owe it all to Jen Reyes. Jen and her staff are are very friendly and super helpful. Everything was explained to me so well and I felt very comfortable. Jen is very responsive, proactive and great to work with. I’m super happy with my experience and the journey I am now on. Thank you so much!

  Talk about SLOW, 1 teller behind counter. I was second, teller tends to first person for a solid 15 minutes then goes to drive thru (3rd customer) then comes back over to first customer. Thank the good lord a lady came back from lunch or no doubt I'd still be standing there. Teach your tellers everything before leaving them alone, cause guess what 5/3 won't need any of you if they don't have customers.maybe cross train the folks in the cubicles to fill in during lunch breaks especially when a newbie is left alone.

  They say their system is always down. Always restarting their computers. Things take way longer than nessasary. People get turned away do to lack of staffing and how long things take.

  I have been banking with this branch for years. Shawnte Hernandez is always smilling, always professional and always ready to help. If you want a face to face experience and a person who cares then I would recomend her at this branch.

  I would never recommend this bank to anyone,they will take advantage of you and charged for everything the highest rates possible....

  My husband (who I have to emphasize that he is very handsome) was to open an account and the one who attended him invited him to leave. She is a very cheeky and unprofessional woman. It makes the bank look like a place of little respect and little seriousness.
