  I am not happy with my 5/3 experience. I came in recently and wanted to open a business account for my local retail chain and planned on opening a few more accounts for personal and refinancing since I heard good things about 5/3. I came in a few times and spoke to Alexa, she made everything a very pleasant experience. Answered all my questions. What ultimately made me decide against it was seeing the way the manager (Shawnda I believe her name is) treated her employees. I can’t give my business to companies that treat their employees so badly! New management is needed, ASAP!

  Hands down the most friendly staff you will ever run into at a bank. Fifth third is great but fifth third on Franklin here is just dang incredible. Love these great folks ❤️

  Branch manager is very very rude I would never step feet back into this location I can acknowledge she deals with a lot of customers but there’s no need for rudeness very poor customer service skills she tries to intimidate people she need to be held accountable for her actions and poor customer service skills I will never step foot back in to fifth third grand rapids Michigan Located on Franklin Eastern all three of those women are rude treat there customers poorly

  All the staff are super cool, and also helpful. Helped me find out which company deposited into my account, also once helped me get money without my ID just by asking me some personal questions!
