Glen superhobie1I received a check from 5/3 . I went to this branch to cash it. It was From 5/3. I showed them my checkbook for the acct # They took forever trying to figure out how to cash it. Finally they said they had to see my driver's license to cash the check they sent me. I complied. Eventually they decided that they would cash their check. It took three people to do it. Afterwards they called and said they had kept our checkbook. After driving back to pick up our checkbook they said that our phone number was wrong. I replied that if it was wrong then how did they call me to say we had to drive back to pick it up. This branch is totally inept.I am through with this particular branch and will never return

jessica miles1This ATM has been broken for over a week now it will not accept cash deposits hope we can fix this I depend on depositing by ATM because I cannot make banker hours if not I will have to go to another bank it is season and bartenders and servers need to deposit the cash into the bank get it together fifth third thanks

Brie DeNunzio5Linda and the rest of the team are always quick to help and so friendly. The teller team always greets us by name and has a dog treat ready for my dog. They’ve gone above and beyond several times for us and our business. We really appreciate them.

Brenda Chambers1I have a checking, savings and 365 Account with Fifth Third Bank. One fee after the other. Even after having an account for almost a year and depositing over $2900 every other week in the account if I'm at another branch (still in Florida) their was a Hold on my PAYROLL check for a Day. Terrible inconvenience. My Branch seemed to have to authority in which to assist me. I found it was easier for them to defend themselves than to see that their was anything wrong with their policy. I closed my checking account and they reopened it stating that their were outstanding charges. The charges were false. One was a decline that happened the Saturday before which should have dropped off on Monday at the Latest. 5 days later still excuses. So I deposited money to cover any fees that would occur because of this and still it sat in a frozen state with no one to assist. A Savings account that had a Money Order Deposited in February that I couldn't find the record of before throwing out the Statement and instead of me doing that I used the resources of the bank to find the deposit. Two People, One manager and one teller both looked so they state "everywhere" theirs no deposit. Cashed it again yet in June only to find that it HAD BEEN DEPOSITED SO NOW MY SAVINGS IS ALSO OVERDRAWN $74.00. It's bad enough when you make a mistake on your own account but when your bank does it and acts like you're the problem THAT'S A PROBLEM. Also reporting them to Federal Reserve

Tim B.1Do not bank here! Would give 0 stars if I could. Marianne is the worst! Gives attiude as if its our fault she is 65 y/o still working as a bank teller. I closed my personal account there years ago, because of her rotten attitude. Closing business accounts asap.

Takashi GoLein1Couldn’t log on to my account so I called in to question if I had incorrect info or was the website down like the pop ups were telling me it was. Spoke to Mariah when I called in, attempted to explain to her that the website states it’s down but she quickly became combative stating ” Nothings wrong with the website it’s what you’re doing.” There is never any need to speak over or become combative when someone is explaining what they’re experiencing. If you don’t want to do your job QUIT OR CALL OFF. If you cant listen to customers and exhibit customer service, why work in customer service? This is bank and people are trying to make sure money is available and accounts are secure. Please don’t have Mariah run off any more customers 5/3, because that was all I needed to rethink being a member.

Linda Moore1I am very very very upset with this branch. They were suppose to close my account on March 23rd and I went into the branch and complained over a month ago. They said they made an error and they would take care of it. I am still getting letters from their corporate office and today a collection agency called me saying I owe $. I am so flipping mad I could scream. DO NOT Trust this bank! I told the collection agency off! I DO NOT OWE FIFTH THIRD A CENT! FIX THIS NOW!
