  We just closed our loan with Matt Pell at the Fort Myers Mortgage Warehouse. In our experience, he worked very quickly, paid specific attention to our file throughout the process, and was more competent than other mortgage brokers were. Most importantly – he is honest. In an industry that has a ton of complications, Matt took the time to explain guidelines, and thoroughly answer my questions (even when I asked them twice). The loan he originated puts us in an excellent position for our growing family. It is comforting knowing that I have a mortgage person I can strongly recommend to anyone.

  We chose Mortgage Warehouse based on their local presence and outstanding reviews. Matt Pell was always available for questions and the process was very smooth. We received a fast pre-approval upon deciding on a house. We only had to send the required documentation for the underwriting ONCE which is huge when applying for a mortgage. Underwriting turned it around within 24 hours and next thing we knew we were approved and ready to close. Just an awesome experience!   Matt Pell is always a pleasure to work with! He guided me through my first mortgage, as well as a refinance. Throughout the entire process you know the status of your loan and what step is coming next. Naturally, the process can be daunting and overwhelming, but Matt makes sure you are well informed and understand all facts and figures you encounter.   We purchase our first brand new home in Naples, Florida built from scratch and honestly took a chance on our realtor's suggestion to try Mortgage Warehouse, and we are so glad we did! From the first conversation on the phone to our first sit down face to face meeting with Matt Pell our representative we felt comfortable, assured that all of our concerns, questions, and mortgage process was going to be exactly what he said was going to occur. No matter how small the question or explanation on language in our contract that we needed answered, even being 1200 miles away in New Jersey, it felt like we in his office and would do his best to give us the answers or explanations we needed. Matt stayed on top of our Title Company in fulfilling their end of the process right up to our closing day and communicated with us in a timely fashion if not immediately on every step to get us our best lock in mortgage percentage rate.   An amazing experience! Trying to take advantage of the current interest rates we called Mortgage Warehouse to find out about this "no closing cost" refinance. It sounded too good to be true. Yet, Wendy walked us though the process and showed us that indeed this was too good to neglect. She walked with us through the whole process saving us multiplied thousands of dollars. I commend this to any and all looking to do a refinance in this market.
