This bank let a gym steal over $70 from me. When I called to enquire about getting my money back and blocking them from taking money out of my account in the future I was basically told there wasn't anything they could do to help me.

This bank is great, We love Chris and all the employees, they are friendly and they always remember our names, always they are ready to help us. Is good to know that we can count with people like them. And Chris never say no, when i need him, he really love us, even that we are only clients. Thank you Chris for all you do for us and I am sure that not only for us, you are doing a good job for everyone.

I went to this branch for help resolving an issue and spoke with Jordan. The issue was never resolved and the teller was very apathetic about it. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location.
