  Greta was awesome! This closing was scheduled and rescheduled multiple times. Then all of a sudden we were clear to close with the ability to close in less than 24 hours. After reaching out to Greta directly and asking if the next day at 6PM was possible she made it happen despite some personal commitments she had planned. Rayna and Trish were also extremely helpful and very professional the day of closing! Both went above and beyond assisting with numerous needs that presented themselves during closing that were (in my opinion) far outside the scope of their normal job duties. It was a huge help and relief to be able to get things done on such short notice. I highly recommend BLT and will certainly use their services again in the future. Thank you!

  Everyone who is a Realtor should close here!!! Greta, Trish, Karisa, Joe, and the entire team are amazing! I don't want to knock any other closing companies, but they could all learn a little something from BLTKY! Bourbon + closing on a Friday = a GREAT day!

  Great company! Quick and easy closings, Friendly staff and easy to find location. Greta Pittenger, the closing attorney, was absolutely wonderful with my client who has worked diligently for years to be able to buy her first home. The entire staff made it a very special occasion. So sweet and a day to remember.

  Bluegrass Land Title LLC handled our closing for an investment property purchase and we could not be more impressed. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Their communication was top notch throughout the process. They made us feel very comfortable with the process and explained everything clearly. Closing day was as smooth as could be. The closing room at Bluegrass Land Title's office is incredible as well. They made it a special experience with a few nice touches such as pictures of the property on a flat screen in the closing room. We HIGHLY recommend utilizing Bluegrass Land Title LLC for title/closing needs.

  I am a Real Estate Agent with United Real Estate Louisville and I randomly asked Greta a question a few months ago about a seller that I was working with.
