  I contacted Chad with Armor Credit at the end of October to fix a few nuances on my credit and within 3 months I was pre-approved for the loan amount I wanted! Incredible work and very thorough. I couldn't be happier and now my husband is interested in their services!

  Let me begin chad is awseome. He does things a different way but a way that it works excellent. When he says he's going to do something he does it. He keeps his word. He ain't to expensive.. and you get your money worth with him. I highly recommend him to everyone I know. I went from a 503 to a 640 in matter of 6 months. I went from not being eligible for a house loan to closing on a house today.. You have to do what he says and he will take care of the rest ! People there is hope.. and to start with a better life and having great chance on being financially stable it all starts with a phone call or email to Chad he will take care of you ! Tell him Tyler sent yah!

  Chad was GREAT in the beginning!! He was sure he would be able to work with us in order to get us in a house. He gave us some things to pay off, and disputed some things on our report. Then things fell apart. Covid happened and requiredscores went through the roof...... Chad requested our reports from the bureau's.....that we still have not received.....that's not his fault. However, we paid him $550 for what we felt like was a little advise and the best things to pay and that has been it. We are not happy with the service we received and after advising of this, little to no response. We have cut ties.

  Adam, I am sorry you feel that way. As we discussed before enrolling you all, I was confident you could purchase a home with 580 score by July. Then Covid came. New Covid requirements became 620 or 640 (this is 40-60 points higher that what was anticipated.) You continue to point out that you Karma scores are not where you would like them. I have explained to you over email, because you would not call me, that if the loan officer pulled your credit today it would be 580 +....which would have meant purchasing a home for you all. But you chose not to have her repull the credit either. We provide a 6 month contract, you enrolled 3/23/20. We are barely over half way through. As you know, more disputes were sent out for you all 6/9....when you receive those results back in a couple weeks, I'd be happy to review them. On a side note, your Karma scores that you are valuing more than FICO scores have improved 110 points. I am sorry you feel this way. You still have 2.5 months left with us if you wish. Thank you.

  Chad was fantastic to work with. My credit went up drastically in 6 months. I was able to purchase my first home in May. Also, during the process Equifax violated the FCRA and Chad was able to hook me up with a lawyer at no cost to me and I was able to get a BIG settlement. I couldn't be happier with the results and it is all thanks to Armor Credit!
