Jerri Davis5I just had the pleasure of speaking with Chautauqua at the Whitehall Branch inside Kroger here in Columbus Ohio. She is absolutely AWESOME! My son just opened a checking account and has been having some real issues with a branch in the state up North. She is simply a genius! She provided several solutions to the problem. If you need assistance Chautauqua is definitely the way to go. Chautauqua is definitely an asset to Fifth Third Bank!!!

Yaya Cupid1Fifth third has froze my account several times for reason they consider suspicious activity when really it was me moving money around to Barrow when then got ruff. The froze my account on a Friday night In the process of renting a uahaul and just completely screwed up our hole plan of moving with delays and people leaving us cause we could get the truck to load so everyone went home as we were stuck doing it all alone
