Tracey Okeefe2This is a terrible bank. What bank tells a business manager that you must drop all of your business deposits in the night deposit and not bring them in to the teller? Like we are putting the tellers out when the machine does the counting. Lazyness!!! Also they need to fix the night deposit door! It's to hard to lift up an get your deposit in.

Mandy Jean Bruner5Best banking experience I've had. The staff are so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond what I need. 53 customer support is also the best. I've had to call to dispute a charge and the process was easy. I am so happy I moved my accounts over.

Jennifer Balanowski1I came here to use the notary services. I called the day before and the woman I spoke with said she would be there the next day until 6pm after I explained that my fiancé works late and we would be getting there just before 6pm. I arrived at 5:40. The teller was rude and said that the notary was too busy to do it and did not even bother to go ask if she had time. Very rude and poor customer service skills. I bank here as well and considering leaving after the way I was treated.

Aubrie K1The only reason they even got 1 is because there was not a 0 option . This bank is horrible my BF had an account that sat dormant for a year they decided to hit the account causing it to overdraft then didn't notify him and sent to collections for 14.00 then said sorry it was sent yesterday and nothing we can do... so i call to pull my money and the run around about it.

Brianna PAIGE1I wish I could give it 0 stars. It seems to be a weekly basis that I can’t access my account. What is the point of a financial institution if you can’t access your account?! And customer service is terrible when you reach out inquiring about it, almost snooty.
