  I will be a life long member at this CU! Even after moving 5 hrs away, managing my account virtually is easy with PFCU’s mobile app and online capabilities. If I ever need help with my account, I know I can count on the call center and Meghan at the Durand branch to go above and beyond for me.

  Not a fan! They are constantly locking my card so it's useless for any purchases. We are talking standard purchases, All legitimate purchases. So locked up until I call these people once again to unlock my card and only during business hours 😡

  I liked PFCU so much when it was Sagelink that I moved to the area just so I could become a member!!! The staff is always pleasant and they make an effort to get to know their union members so they can actually help them! I'm always greeted by name and I always feel important, understood and validated. Colin helped me with my loan needs through phone and email because he knows I don't have time to go to the bank often.

  Awesome people to work with! We wanted to consolidate 3 personal loans into 1 to save money. One phone call was all it took! We hatched out the benefits of it, reviewed info, and they called me back less than an hour later wirh approval. They sent papers for eSign, and it was done! Very friendly and knowledgeable folks!!!

  Ashton Brannon is absolutely amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable, and does what she can for her people! She is the only one I deal with now! PFCU has always worked with me on getting money that I have ever needed or wanted!! They will do what they can to help their people out!

  This was our 2nd vehicle loan with PFCU and Lacie was amazing to work with! She made it so easy and convenient, even though it took longer for our search than we expected. She was always available and ready to help us. We love PFCU and appreciate their kindness and promptness during the whole process!

  Easiest Loan I've ever closed. Bought a new vehicle, went into the office and within 15 minutes I was pre-approved. Stopped in the next morning, signed the paperwork, and was handed the check. Done in 20 minutes. Thank you for making the process so easy!

  They put random restrictions on your account, don’t tell you about it, then you get to be surprised one day. Took forever and a day to get my debit card in the mail. The app looks like it’s from the mid 80s and you can’t do much of anything with it. They embody those true banker hours, and offer no phone support after hours either. If you work, you’re basically screwed unless you lose time out of your work day to go see them. They don’t clear anything on weekends, period. Even my old prepaid card account would clear stuff on a Saturday. I think I’ll be switching my direct deposit back to my prepaid account and I’ll just leave this open as a backup, maybe.

  PFCU Durand was very helpful while working with me to get my first credit card. They responded super fast to email and also answered the phone whenever I called. They answered all the questions that I had and made sure that I was getting the best service.
