  So happy with the personalized attention I get from the Dort Financial Swartz Creek branch. All of the employees are always very welcoming and helpful every time I am there. Whenever I have any questions about any services they offer or need assistance with anything my emails and calls are always responded to promptly. I typically deal with Micayla at this branch and cannot say enough good things about her, always very professional and knowledgeable.

  I have been a member here for quite a few years. I can't say enough good about Dort Financial. They are by far the best credit union I have ever belonged to. Customer service is top notch

  Dort Bank makes me more money than any other bank but don't try to call them you'll be lucky if you get anybody. You should also remember the people that are working at that bank at least one of them otherwise you will never get that bank to talk to you. The phone situation really sucks but otherwise I'm making money

  Dort Financial has refused to work with me or assist me in any way, I needed to use a facial recognition atm (inside their lobby) I called to make an appointment and I was told no appointments before 9am or after 5pm I work till 430 and can't make it till 5pm and I start work at 9am. I explained I was NEVER issued a card and I needed to get to my account. They told me to go to swartz creek (over 25 min) away, I got there and they are regular atms. I HAVE NO CARD.....
