      I don't believe this location is even open anymore. They never answer the phone ever, there are certain situations in which people cannot just drive there to ask a very simple question. It's really sad, when I call other locations (Dearborn and more suburban areas) they answers quickly and answer all questions. But this one, I'm just assuming it's a closed location

      This man who I believe is the manager is very sneaky and unpleasant I would never do business at this bank ever. Poor poor poor thumbs down

      If ZERO stars was an option, I would pick that. Again, this bank has my business account on hold after I opened the account over two months ago. I spoke with Warren Morgan and he did as little as possible to help me. I emailed the bank numerous times to get the hold off my account, but I am just ignored. Worst banking experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Saturday around 2pm I realized that I had pulled off without retrieving my debit card from the ATM in Detroit on M102 just east of Livernois When I realized this I called customer service an had them put a block on my card just in case I was mistaken an told them I would contact the branch itself to make them aware on Monday On Monday I called to make them aware an was told if they found it I would get a call After reading some reviews I figured I would continue to call just in case the ball was dropped Today Tuesday i start calling the bank around 3 pm an when you press 3 for customer service it would just hang up so I assumed they were busy For the next hour I called every 10 minutes with same response so I decided to go up there just in case they were slammed with business an wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt When I pulled into the parking lot I saw only 1 car where the customers park but thought they must have a lot of walk in service There was no one in the lobby at all There was a gentleman in a office to the left on a computer To the right a bank specialist was helping a sign in customer in her office but the two ladies behind the counter had no customers I explained the situation an she went in the back an retrieved my card I realized it was my fault for forgetting to retrieve my card but I feel someone should have made me a priority once my card was brought in from the ATM machine to call me Exactly why does the line disconnect as if busy if only 1 customer is in the bank? Very disappointed but now after reading the views I understand completely why so many people are dissatisfied with this branch Even though it's 4 minutes away from my business I think I will focus on finding a more attentive branch north of M102 It's sad the good service we deserve seems only to be found north of M102 in Oakland county

      Horrible customer service. I went through the drive through there was no "Hello" or any salutation. Then once I received my money there was no "thank you" or "have a good day" nothing. I just received my money with no receipt. When I asked the young man for a receipt he seem to have an attitude. I will be looking for a new bank once I come back from vacation. That's ridiculous.

      Closed all four of my accounts today. This bank will rip you off any and every chance they get. They hold your money so they can charge you overdraft fees. Then charge you more over draft fees because the fees they already charged cause the acct to be overdrawn. Went into the branch, talked to a manager and told there was nothing they could do. Thanks fifth third for STEALING my money.
