  Just came in today, got great service! Philip and John were especially helpful in what we needed and as a bonus even gave us some recommendations for lunch! We’re happy to come back here anytime for our banking needs.

  My kids rolled 117 in coins that they had saved up. They were off by about 70 cents about the entire amount. The bank actually called me and threatened to not accept coins anymore because of the difference. I'll be closing my account and moving to a credit union if this is how they want to treat their customers. You're a bank and coins are valid money. Just another example of big banks not caring about average customers.

  The bank teller at this location, Sarah, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to spend 45 minutes here simply to withdraw cash because of poor communication and customer service on her behalf. I have had good luck overall with fifth third as a whole, I would just advise going to a different location to save time and wasted effort.
