  Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The interior of the bank is spotless. Exiting the parking lot can be a little tricky depending on the time of the day.

  I went in to open an account today and the bankers were busy so I stood and waited for about 5 minutes until the girl teller said to check in with a QR code. so I had to get my phone out of my car, then realized my phone doesn't scan qr codes, she tells me it does.. OK I said show me.. Then she pointed to the poster on the wall that had a website to type in my browser. All to just see a banker??? What happened to them welcoming you and just calling you over?? She was lazy and rude. Emplyees sitting there doing nothing and making me do some bull on my phone. I walked out

  They have been my bank for over 10 years. This PNC has THE nicest most eager to help staff with great people skills. Even at it's busiest times the wait is less than 10 minutes. I have nothing bad to say about them at all.

  This is absolutely the worst branch ever! the atm never allows deposits this happens at all times of the day and night, I understand that there is times where they have to unload and reload money but this ridiculous!!!!!

  ATMs are super slow and out of order about 25% of the time.

  This is the worst bank, 1. They tell you to go to another bank because they do not speak Spanish even if you are speaking English. 2. They tell you that to do a process they need your ID and when you return with the ID they neither look at it nor verify if it really is you. 3.not identified as employees (name) 4.They don't even look at your face. 5. They make you go 3 times where everything could be seen resolved in one visit. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is very bad.
