Sara S1We went to the branch on Rochester Rd south of wattles and the hours were incorrect on Google, the branch was not open at all on Saturday. It was inconvenient and annoying to have to find another nearby branch that was able to process the transaction I needed done. Once we went 3 miles out of our way that branch staff did not count our money back to us. We were pulling out a fairly substantial amount, a little over 4k and the teller just put it in the envelope without counting it back.

Adam Conrad5Far too often, people only leave reviews when they are venting about a poor experience. My experience with this branch, more specifically, the people who work there, has always been delightful. Banking is a commodity, so I choose to bank where the people care about the people they serve. This branch is the reason I keep coming back. Kudos to you!

Dennis Hansinger1I seem to always run into problems with this branch. Last week, 5/3 had detected fraud on my account so they sent me a new card; which I never received. I went into this branch to make a deposit and issue a new card, although a few hours later I get a notification telling me the card headquarters "sent" me was activated! My previous visit at this branch was also a nightmare. I was eventually forced to pay ~$300 due to the way the branch manager set up my account. Woodward Ave in Royal Oak is much better.
