  We have been banking at this location for over 15 yrs and today were “brushed aside” and forgotten about for a scheduled appointment. I was never contacted, I had to call, and when I did to question charges on my account he didn’t even take a second to look into it, he says well “do you purchase online”. Is that even a question right now. Of course I said, all the time. He says you just need to call the 800 number then. This was a waste of my time and I can’t believe I had to schedule an “appointment” for that!

  Bad customer service from the assistant vice president of this branch, Gabrielle W. She claims she’s been in this business for 23 years, but I’ve been a 5/3 Bank customer myself for the same length of time and never met anyone so unprofessional and rude. It is a shame that she, as assistant vice president of this branch placed a negative shadow on this good company name.
